By accessing and using Jadual Waktu ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Jadual Waktu is a free, web-based student timetable management application. The Service allows users to:

• Create and manage class timetables
• Organize subjects with custom colors
• Import and export timetable data
• Customize time settings for class schedules

The Service stores all data locally in your browser and does not require account creation.

Data Backup

You are solely responsible for backing up your timetable data. We strongly recommend using the Export feature regularly to save your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, features, and functionality, is owned by Jadual Waktu and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the timetable data you create using the Service. Since data is stored locally on your device, we do not claim any ownership of your content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JADUAL WAKTU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions or errors
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Update features, functionality, or user interface
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
